Simplify before you scale.
Every offer on this page exists to take something off your plate rather than add to it. Start tiny, add tools, or hand me the keys. Wherever you are, there's a right-sized door.
The 5-Minute Fix
Tiny, high-leverage marketing fixes delivered in the time it takes your coffee to cool. Every fix is one focused action: tighten this subject line, rescue that button nobody can find, add the one automation step that stops leads from slipping away. No 40-module course. No homework guilt.
- For you if: you want steady momentum without overwhelm, and you'd rather improve the business you have than rebuild it every quarter.
- Not for you if: you want it done for you. (Keep scrolling. I have a door for that too.)

The AI Marketing Team
Meet Valerie, Bella, and Priscilla: your Foundation team, included in every tier. They're trained GPT assistants who write, plan, and route like they've read your mind. AI amplifies whatever you give it, so I gave them real marketing strategy and taught them to respect your voice. Core adds 4 more specialists to the Foundation; Complete brings the full crew of 12. Either way, the staring-at-nothing part of your week gets a lot shorter, and you stop sounding like everyone else who typed "write me a caption."
- For you if: content creation eats your week, and you're AI-curious but allergic to generic robot copy.
- Not for you if: you want a human to take the wheel entirely. (That's the done-for-you section below.)

The Direct Hotline
Async access to me for the "wait, how do I..." moments. You hit a wall, you send me the question, I send back the answer, a Loom, or the exact steps. No scheduling gymnastics, no Zoom hair, no saving up your questions for a monthly call while your launch sits on fire.
- For you if: you're capable and moving, but the little tech and strategy walls keep costing you whole afternoons.
- Not for you if: what you actually want is a full audit or a build. (Both live on this page.)
$597
Founding rate · capped spots
- 60 days of direct access by email or private Slack
- Answers within 1 business day, usually faster
- Video walkthroughs when writing won't cut it
- Continue month to month at $197 only if you want to
When founding spots fill, the rate goes up. That's math, not fake scarcity.
Fix Your Funnel
Send me your funnel. I go through it end to end, the same way I did inside a seven-figure coaching machine for five years, except this time the findings go to you. Every page, every email, every handoff. Then I tell you the truth about it, kindly.
Within 72 hours you get a written summary and a video walkthrough: what's working, what's quietly costing you sales, and a prioritized fix list so you know exactly what to do first, second, and not at all.
- For you if: your funnel exists and gets traffic, but the results don't match the effort, and you're done guessing why.
- Not for you if: you don't have a funnel yet. (Start with the free Catalyst Kit, or let me build it for you below.)
$197
72-hour turnaround
- Full end-to-end funnel review
- Written summary
- Video walkthrough
- Prioritized fix-first list
Hand me the keys.
Some seasons call for one more thing to learn. Other seasons call for someone to just build it. This is my favorite kind of magic, thirty years in the making: funnel builds, launch support, email automation, client journey mapping, and dashboards that tell you the truth about your business.
It starts with a short application, then a call where we figure out if we're a fit and exactly what needs building. No pressure, no "just checking in" sequences if you say no.
- For you if: you know what you need (or need help naming it) and you're ready to invest in systems instead of duct tape.
- Not for you if: this season's budget says DIY. (The Catalyst Kit and the 5-Minute Fix will treat you right until it doesn't.)

Running a bigger operation and need a fractional marketing ops lead, not a project? That's my other hat: pamlangord.com →
Two minutes. Zero pressure.
Seven slightly ridiculous questions and you'll know what you're secretly brilliant at, plus the kryptonite that keeps tripping you up and exactly what to do about it. Free, whether or not you ever spend a dime with me. That's the whole HEART thing in action.
The FAQ, minus the fluff.
What is the HEART Method?
The HEART Method is a relationship-first approach to marketing automation created by Pam Langord of Simply Magic Marketing. It stands for Human first, Empathy-driven messaging, Authentic automation, Relationships before revenue, and Trust, test, tweak. Every system built under it has to pass one test: does this deepen the relationship, or does it just move volume?
Where should I start if I've never worked with you?
Start with The 5-Minute Fix at $17 per month. It is the lowest-risk way to find out whether the way I think about marketing is useful to you, and you get a small, specific fix delivered by email rather than another course to work through. From there people typically add the AI Marketing Team when content is the bottleneck, the Direct Hotline when tech and strategy walls are eating their week, or a Fix Your Funnel audit when one specific thing is underperforming.
How do I automate my marketing without sounding salesy or robotic?
Automate the timing, not the personality. The reason automated marketing sounds robotic is usually that it was written to fill a slot in a sequence rather than to answer something a real person is wondering at that moment. Write each message as though you were replying to one client, then let the system handle the delivery. Fake urgency, countdown pressure, and manufactured scarcity are what make automation feel gross, not automation itself.
Can I use AI in my marketing without sounding like everyone else?
Yes, but only if you feed it something specific. AI amplifies whatever you give it, so generic input produces the exact same paragraph every other business in your niche is publishing this week. Train your tools on your real voice, your actual client language, and your own strategy, then edit like an editor rather than a customer. The tool drafts; you decide what is true.
Why isn't my sales funnel converting?
In most cases the funnel is not broken, it is leaking, and the leak is somewhere boring. Confirmation emails that never arrive, a page that loads sideways on mobile, a nurture sequence that stops after email two, or a handoff between steps where the story quietly changes. Traffic and copy get blamed far more often than they deserve. Walk the whole thing as a first-time visitor, or have someone who did not build it do that for you, because you cannot proofread your own funnel.
Do I need a funnel audit or ongoing support?
Choose an audit when you have one specific thing that is underperforming and you need to know why. Choose ongoing support when the problem is not one thing, it is the steady stream of small decisions and tech walls that eat your week. A one-time audit gives you a prioritized fix list; ongoing access gives you a person to ask when the next wall shows up. Plenty of people start with the audit and add support later.
How much does marketing automation help cost?
At Simply Magic Marketing it ranges from $17 per month to project work starting at $1,500, and all of it is listed publicly on this page. The membership starts at $17 per month, AI marketing tools start at $97, a one-time funnel audit is $197, direct expert access is $597 for 60 days, and done-for-you builds typically start at $1,500. Anyone who will not tell you a price before a call is usually pricing your desperation, not the work.
Who do you work with, and do you work remotely?
Simply Magic Marketing is based in Kingston, Washington and works with coaches, consultants, and service providers everywhere. Everything is remote and asynchronous by design, which is exactly why the support formats are built around email, Slack, and video walkthroughs instead of standing calls. Time zones are not a problem; the work does not depend on catching each other live.
